  • When should I put my trash out?

     We advise all residents to have their bin out curbside the night before to ensure consistant pickup. Please place your waste bin out before 5:45 a.m. on collection day. 

  • Where should I locate the trash can to be picked up?

    Please place the trash can at the corner of your driveway on the opposite end of the mailbox location. We ask that you place the bins 3 ft apart and 3ft from any stationary objects. 

  • What is considered unacceptable curbside items?

    Antifreeze, asbestos, construction materials, chemicals, paint, poisons, propane or helium tanks, sod, tires, tree stumps, dirt, and rocks are among our unacceptable items. Click here to refer to our Waste Collection Services.

  • What's your holiday schedule?

    We are only closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If the holiday falls on your scheduled service day, your trash will be picked up on the following day. All remaining pick-ups for that week will be delayed by one day. 


    All other holiday weeks will operate on a normal schedule with no delay. 

  • How often am I billed?

    You will be billed on a quarterly basis and receive your statement or e-invoice prior to your due date and 

  • Do you have special rates for Homeowners associations and Property Managment Groups?

    We specialize in working with homeowner's associations and property managment groups. Our goal is to create uniformity and to consolidate costs.
